Scripture: Isaiah 40:28-31
Have you not seen? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. God does not faint or grow weary; God’s understanding is unsearchable. God gives power to the faint, and strengthens the powerless. Even youths will faint and be weary, and the young will fall exhausted; but those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.

Lord, we give thanks that you do not grow weary or faint and that you are constant in your love for us and in your forgiveness and grace. Amid all that we experience today may we center ourselves in your power and know the promise of your presence and the strength of your arms. Amen
